Drive continuous improvement within material control to maintain and improve current processes, improve material presentation to production and optimize internal material flow, including through different stages and work centers, and external suppliers and services. Successfully define and execute on workflows, jobs and reporting relationships to obtain optimum effectiveness. Create, sustain and audit standard work. Evaluate and recommend changes in methods or procedures in own area of responsibility. Develop and observe key performance indicators to identify trends, needs and changes to provide status and recommendations to management. Inventory Coordinator Location New Brighton, MN (On-site) Reports To Operations Manager Role Purpose The Inventory Specialist owns inventory accuracy and parts availability. This role ensures we consistently have the right parts on hand to support repairs, maintains reliable inventory data inventory tracking system, tracks and dispositions damaged parts, and reduces downtime caused by “waiting on parts” through forecasting and proactive replenishment planning in partnership with Logistics and Operations. Key Responsibilities Inventory Accuracy & Counts Perform inventory counts and periodic full physical inventories; reconcile variances and document root cause.
