We work closely with homeowners, insurance carriers, and skilled trades to restore properties efficiently and correctly. We’re a hands-on company looking for someone who wants to grow into a strong project management role within restoration construction.

Position Overview

We are seeking a Finish Carpenter to assist in restoration jobs from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone with construction or restoration experience who is organized, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.

You will help restore homes and businesses after water damage or fire damage. Work on multiple jobs per week doing multiple tasks such as cabinetry, base boards, casing, door jambs, doors, crown Moulding, painting and drywall work, etc

Qualifications

• Experience in restoration work and/or construction is highly recommended
• Understanding of basic construction processes (framing, drywall, paint, flooring, etc.)
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Comfortable dealing with homeowners during stressful situations
• Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
• Basic computer skills (email, scheduling, spreadsheets)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Preferred (But Not Required)

• Restoration industry experience (water, fire, insurance work)
• Knowledge of insurance-driven repairs
