Patient Diagnoses: Sepsis, CIWA, Confusion, AMS, COPD, Post op cares, AKI, Trauma, Respiratory failure, Bowel obstruction, Pyelonephritis, Cardiac conditions, Diabetes, GI conditions, Isolation, SI with medical indications
100-mile radius rule, no local candidates
Essential Job Functions:" Demonstrates knowledge and appropriate use of the Nursing Process for patients in the following age groups: Infants, Pediatrics, Adolescents, Adults and Geriatrics." Documents thoroughly as care is delivered, following regulatory and hospital requirements." Assumes responsibility for clinical competencies and professional development of self and others." Practices in a clinical environment through application of theoretical knowledge and practical skills" Ability to work varied shifts and/or days including weekends and holidays
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:" Must be able to utilize good judgment, demonstrate patience, utilize best practices for patient care as expected by department leaders and maintain a professional demeanor at all times." Must be able to work in a busy, stressful and work environment where practice changes to meet new patient safety requirements, goals or objectives." Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook, Electronic medical records software." Organizational skills and the ability to prioritize and manage workload expectations." Interpersonal verbal communication and advanced math skills." Creativity, problem analysis, team work and decision making.
