Job Summary The Technical Systems Analyst is responsible for assisting stakeholders and customers with information system issues (40%), system analysis, implementation, and project management (50%), and coordinating technical resources while supporting management and staff in policy development, training, and regulatory compliance (10%). This role ensures the accuracy, integrity, and security of computers, databases, and networks, while also assisting the Information Systems team with assigned projects and tasks. The analyst will also serve as a backup for Information Systems staff as needed. Job Duties and Responsibilities Maintain established policies, procedures, objectives, quality improvement, and safety standards. Provide excellent customer service and treat customers, peers, and stakeholders with professionalism and respect. Project Management & System Support: Manage and oversee assigned projects. Consult with users regarding information system usage and determine hardware, software, and functional requirements. Supervise and coordinate volunteers and interns on assigned projects. Analyze processes and system resource usage, recommending improvements. Assist in implementing software and hardware solutions. Technical Support & Maintenance: Provide troubleshooting support for software, hardware, and user access issues. Install, configure, and maintain PCs, printers, and other computer hardware/software. Install, set up, and maintain network peripherals (e.g., terminal servers, modems, switches, routers, bridges). Maintain and troubleshoot telecommunications systems. Create and manage databases and develop tools for effective data utilization. Maintain issue tracking logs for technical problems and resolutions. Training & Communication: Educate users on information system policies and best practices. Communicate with hospital staff, volunteers, and the medical community on IT-related issues. Perform other related duties as assigned. Qualifications Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Advanced personal computing skills, including knowledge of PC operating systems, thin clients, and enterprise application programs. Understanding of database theory and structure. Programming skills (preferred). Working knowledge of local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WANs), and serial communications, including protocols and standards in use. System administration skills, including experience with Linux/Unix, Windows Server, Citrix, Cisco IOS, print spooling, backups, and hardware infrastructure. Strong troubleshooting, organizational, and project management skills. Self-motivated with a customer-service orientation. Functional Demands Populations Served This role supports adolescents, adults, and geriatric patients of diverse backgrounds, including individuals with various impairments and medical conditions. Physical Demands Occasional lifting of manuals and hardware (up to 50 lbs). Use of step stools and climbing stairs as needed. Frequent handling of books, manuals, and computer peripherals. Continuous use of computers and telephones for communication and support. Environmental Conditions Work primarily indoors in an office setting. Exposure to noise from computer printers, telephones, and IT equipment. Minimal exposure to electromagnetic fields, moving parts on printers/copiers, and biohazardous materials. Possible exposure to patients in a medical facility setting. May be required to work irregular hours or shifts based on system needs. Job Description Summary

Follows prescribed procedures and, under direct supervision, conducts analyses to develop design options or recommendations for structures, systems and components. Collaborates with more experienced engineers to provide follow-up and engineering assistance on defined problems. Job Description

  • Assigned to a training program that would last one to two years, depending on when the employee completes the Process Quality (PQ) Certification Program;
  • Will be required to complete Foundations of Leadership and the PQ Training Programs and would be required to complete the PQ Certification;
  • Will be assigned Engineering and/or Maintenance projects;
  • Will be mentored by the Plant Engineering Manager, Project Engineer and Production Manager;
  • Will be tasked with monitoring production to insure that safety, quality and cost standards are maintained;
  • Responsible for evaluating subordinate performance, communicating with employees and providing information for work performance improvement.

Basic & Preferred Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a closely related field with 1-3 years' experience or a Master's degree with 0-1 year's experience.

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem solving and organizational skills.

  • Proficient in MS Office, with a high emphasis in Excel.

  • Must be detail orientated.

  • Excellent technical and analytical skills.

  • Ability to work weekends and/or shift work with a strong work ethic and employment history

  • 1-2 years production processing or supervisory experience preferred

  • Previous experience in a food processing environment preferred

A reasonable hourly estimate of the range for this role based on the variables previously mentioned is: $32.44 - $48.65
