Perfect is a residential service company specializing in Plumbing, Heating & Air and has been in business for over 40 years. We are looking to bring on an HVAC Tune-up Technician into our HVAC Service Department. We are looking for full-time members to be on our team. No experience required, but experience provides for higher pay and leadership opportunities. We will train you on the job with paid training included.  Full time year round work, and we do not lay off or furlough. This is a professional business. Hourly compensation with bonus incentive included.  The primary duties of an HVAC Tune-up Technician are being responsible for maintaining and optimizing the performance of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. Their primary duties include inspecting, diagnosing, and servicing HVAC units to ensure efficiency, safety, and reliability. They perform routine tasks such as cleaning or replacing air filters, checking refrigerant levels, lubricating moving parts, and calibrating thermostats. The technician also conducts system tests, monitors performance, and makes adjustments to improve airflow and energy efficiency. Additionally, they communicate with customers about system conditions, provide recommendations for repairs or upgrades, and promote preventative maintenance to extend the life of the equipment. Their work helps prevent system failures, enhances comfort, and reduces energy costs for clients.
