Night Auditor (Weekend Overnight)

The Avery Hotel is a 39-room historic boutique hotel located in the heart of downtown Boise. We are looking for a dependable, guest-focused Night Auditor to join our Front Desk team for weekend overnight shifts.

This position is perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, takes pride in attention to detail, and understands that hospitality doesn't stop when the sun goes down.

What You'll Do

• Welcome and assist guests during overnight hours

• Handle late check-ins and early departures

• Answer phones and respond to guest requests

• Complete nightly audit and reporting procedures

• Balance daily revenue and payment transactions

• Monitor the property and assist with guest safety concerns

• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk

• Help create a warm and welcoming experience for every guest

What We're Looking For

• Reliable and punctual

• Strong customer service and communication skills

• Comfortable working independently

• Detail-oriented and organized

• Basic computer skills

• Previous hotel, hospitality, customer service, or cash handling experience is preferred but not required

Schedule

• Primarily weekend overnight shifts

• Additional weekday coverage may be available

• Part-time or full-time opportunities depending on availability and experience
