Job Description
A growing fire protection company is seeking an experienced Fire Sprinkler Fitter to join its team. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled sprinkler professional who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in quality installations, and wants to build a long-term career with a stable organization.
RESPONSIBILITIES & JOB DETAIL:
Install, service, and repair fire sprinkler systems, including wet pipe, dry pipe, pre-action, and deluge systems
Read and interpret blueprints, building plans, and specifications
Work closely with foremen, project managers, contractors, and other trades on job sites
Travel regionally to project locations, including occasional overnight stays
Follow all safety procedures and ensure compliance with NFPA standards and OSHA regulations
Qualifications
3+ years fire sprinkler fitter experience
Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting up to 70 pounds
Completion of a sprinkler fitter apprenticeship program preferred
Knowledge of NFPA standards, OSHA regulations, and fire/building codes
State-specific sprinkler licensing or ability to obtain licensing preferred
