The role of the Marina Dockhand at Hagadone Marine Group (HMG) is to carry out the daily operations of the marina, gas dock, store & rental program. All team members provide exceptional guest and member experiences while assisting at the docks and in the store. Ensuring consistency, safety and accuracy in processes, while maintaining the property are paramount. * All team members should have basic knowledge of boats, retail sales and marina operations.
