Engage students in reading activities, games, and discussions to make learning enjoyable. Support the classroom teacher or program staff in creating a positive learning environment. Maintain accurate records of student progress and tutoring sessions. Communicate regularly with the site supervisor regarding student needs and progress. Adhere to all site-specific policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines. Participate in required training sessions related to literacy instruction and child development. Completes required Dallas College Professional Development training hours per academic year. Performs other duties as assigned.
