Are you good at math and want to help kids get better at math? We want you to work for us! The ideal candidate will be bright and ambitious, with excellent and professional interpersonal skills. Candidates should possess a strong grasp of math concepts. Will work in a fun and friendly team environment, and be trained on: curriculum knowledge to provide effective and concise math instruction to students of all ages, using the Mathnasium Method. Math Instructors will contribute to an engaging and productive learning environment while participating in positive interactions with students and parents to establish a high level of confidence and program value. The Math Instructor is also responsible for assisting in evaluating and tracking student progress, and maintaining effective communication with the Center Director and fellow team members. The instructor must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekdays, preferably 3-4 weekdays, Monday-Thursday with a starting time between 2:30 pm- 3:30 pm. Shifts end between 5:30pm- 7:30pm. This is a part-time position and Instructors will work anywhere from 10 - 24 hours per week. Hours may vary but generally are from 3:00 pm- 7 pm Monday --Friday. Job Responsibilities:
- Teach/tutor in-center, online, and/or via hybrid delivery using the Mathnasium Method™, terminology, and teaching practices
- Work collaboratively with team members to deliver individualized instruction in a group setting
- Assess students’ learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions
- Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes
- Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment
Required Qualifications:
- Basic knowledge of arithmetic & algebra concepts

Center Operations
Mathnasium is open 3:00 pm- 7 pm Monday --Friday. The instructor must be available to work a minimum of 2 weekdays, preferably 3-4 weekdays, Monday-Thursday with a starting time between 2:30 pm- 3:30 pm. Shifts end between 5:30pm- 7:30pm.
This is a part-time position and Instructors will work anywhere from 10 - 24 hours per week. Hours may vary but generally are from 3:00 pm- 7 pm Monday --Friday.
