Job DetailsThe NCLEX Tutor supports students enrolled in an LVN nursing program by providing structured review, remediation, and exam preparation to strengthen clinical knowledge and testing confidence. This is a classroom-based, full-time role with predictable hours.Key Responsibilities:

• Provide NCLEX preparation and tutoring support for LVN students
• Reinforce core nursing concepts, test-taking strategies, and clinical reasoning
• Identify learning gaps and tailor remediation plans
• Track student progress and document academic support provided
• Collaborate with faculty and academic leadership to support student outcomes

Qualifications:

• Associate Degree required
• Active, unencumbered California LVN or RN license
• Strong foundational nursing knowledge
• Ability to explain complex concepts clearly and effectively
