Math Instructor/Tutor for Higher Math (part-time) - Katy, TX We are looking for passionate, friendly, and enthusiastic people who enjoy helping kids. We will teach you everything else you need to know! We are currently looking for energetic and passionate Math Instructors who have a strong math background and be able to work with HS students. Must be able to teach Pre-Algebra, Algebra I, Geometry, Algebra II, Pre-Calculus, and AP-Calculus. Being able to teach SAT/ACT prep courses, and Calculus is a plus. Must have strong communication skills and love to work with children. At this time, we are looking for High School Math Instructors only. (Algebra I to Pre-Calculus) Qualifications and Skills Teaching experience and Teaching certificates are preferred but not required. Bachelor's degree in Mathematics or math-related subjects is preferred. ( But we also welcome college students as long as they pass the Math competency test.) Strong communication skill Must pass a math competency test and background check. Math proficiency through Pre-Calculus required. Calculus is preferred.
