Overview
Job Description
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients through effective account management practices.*
- Identifying opportunities to grow existing accounts and expand service offerings.*
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure alignment and successful delivery of products or services.*
- Supporting planning and coordination efforts to meet customer expectations and timelines.*
- Conducting regular business reviews and sharing insights with clients and internal stakeholders.*
- Monitoring customer satisfaction and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner.*
- Serving as a primary point of contact for account-related communication and documentation.*
- Identifying potential risks and proactively developing solutions.*
- Providing support for order management or service coordination as needed.
- MUST be a US Citizen to be considered*
- MUST HAVE experience working in the aerospace industry to be considered.
- A Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).*
- 36 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a related role.*
- Experience with forecasting, reporting, and strategic planning.*
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar business tools; experience with CRM systems is a plus.*
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.*
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.*
- Willingness to travel occasionally as required.
