The PACE Occupational Therapist will provide comprehensive occupational therapy services to participants enrolled in the PACE program. The OT will cover various PACE Occupational Therapist duties remotely or in-person for any of the AltaMed PACE Centers, as needed to support compliance-related needs such as assessments, care planning, and IDT/Care Coordination meetings. The OT will support Rehab operations by assisting processes such as data collection, data analysis, report building, preparing and facilitating presentations, and compliance recordkeeping. The provider can then knowledgeably conduct periodic physical exams to determine work capacity and to monitor the health of workers. Additional responsibilities include assisting in the implementation of medical programs and procedures which are in compliance with federal and state regulatory standards, as further outlined in the Stellantis Health Services Manual. Each on-site occupational provider will be guided in their professional actions by adherence to high standards of professional ethics.
