O'Mally Management Group has a healthcare client that has multiple direct-hire opportunities in Longview, TX. Our client is a NEW multidisciplinary clinic system focused on providing the best health care experience for those in need and developing relationships throughout the community.

The clinic oers a complete and well-rounded soft tissue and rehabilitation program that combines physical therapy with chiropractic. The clinic provides therapies for participating medical, chiropractic, extremity orthopedic, spine, pain management, other specialties, allowing for an immediate, constant and diversied ow of new and existing patients.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities for the PT Rehab Tech:

  • Candidate must have knowledge or be willing to learn passive modality procedures.
  • Candidate must be able and willing to prep and maintain all treatment areas.
  • Candidate must be able to execute the treatment plan according to direction of licensed providers.
  • Must have knowledge of anatomy and basic rehab principles.
  • Must be able to actively demonstrate rehab exercises for patients.
  • Assist in completing and maintaining patient records/notes that follow compliance procedures.
  • Must be attentive and actively listening during patient care.

Competency Requirements for the PT Rehab Tech:

  • Candidates must be able to follow the plan of care and direction of the PT, PTA, & Chiropractor.
  • Candidate must act in accordance with moral and ethical standards of the clinic.
  • Candidate must provide attentive care to patients under direction of licensed providers in the clinic.

Education/Experience:

High School diploma or equivalent required. Some college recommended.

Exercise or rehab background with related certifications/training is preferred.

Experience is appreciated but not necessary for job position.

Hours of Operation:

Full time position with hours of operation: Monday - Friday  

Compensation:

The Rehab Tech is an hourly position plus incentives. The hourly rate is based on experience. There will be the ability to have the nancial outlook grow to a salaried position based on performance. Benets are accessible with this position.

Work Location/Environment:

We are looking for a Rehab Tech at our Longview location. This position is onsite.

Physical Demands:

  • Must be able to carry and lift weights based on prescribed exercises of patients. This can be up to 50+lbs.
  • Learn, perform, and demonstrate passive therapies with confidence and knowledge
  • Learn, perform, and demonstrate active therapies with confidence and knowledge
  • Standing and sitting throughout the day
