Compensation Information:

  • Salary Range: $78,000 - $93,000 (additional compensation based on experience)
  • Pay-per-billed-hour range: $70-$72/billed hour | $90 per evaluation | $35-$36/meeting hour (additional compensation based on experience)
  • Signing or relocation bonuses up to $10,000
  • Flexible Compensation Models: Hourly and Pay-per-billed-hour options are available
  • Performance-based incentives of up to $9,000 a year

Core Responsibilities:

  • Deliver evidence-based physical therapy services
  • Collaborate with families, physicians, and schools
  • Provide culturally competent, family-centered care
  • Manage cases according to quality standards

Required Qualifications:

  • Master's degree or greater in Occupational therapy
  • NBCOT certification
  • Colorado DORA OT license
  • BLS/CPR certification

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to sit 1-2 hours, stand/walk 4-6 hours daily, and lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
