The Material Handler, Cell Therapy role is responsible to perform routine Material Operations activities across the Cell Therapy Facility including receiving, sampling, warehousing, material cleaning, kitting & delivery. Shifts Available: TBD Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to the following: Operate with safety, quality, and integrity as core principles Perform goods receipt of SAP managed consumables and raw materials on receiving dock Put materials away into SAP managed bin locations within warehouse and other controlled temperature locations Execute inventory cycle counts Perform material replenishment to the Kitting Department and other customers within the facility This is an operations role where ~90% of time is spent on the floor executing the job functions Perform material picking and putaway at heights of up to 25 feet using Powered Industrial Truck Operate Powered Industrial Trucks including forklifts and Turret Trucks for material movement in a safe and efficient manner Operate pallet wrapper in a safe and efficient manner Understand and follow CGMP practices in accordance with effective controlled documentation (i.e. SOP, Work Practice) Collaborate and partner with stakeholder groups such as Incoming QA, Planning, and Quality Control Complete CGMP paperwork using GDocP principles Cross-train into Kitting Department to build material kits to support production Cross-train into Product Services to assist with final Drug Product pack-out operations Minimum Requirements: Education: High school Diploma / GED. Job Description

The Physical Therapist, Pelvic Health is responsible for delivering exceptional patient care while performing evaluations as well as developing and administering treatment plans for a wide variety of outpatient conditions.

This is a full-time role, Monday-Friday, out of our St. Louis Park & Minnetonka locations.

Viverant Physical Therapy is an operating division of Infinite Health Collaborative (i-Health), a group of local medical practices, owned and led by its physicians, on a mission to give patients more control over their healthcare.

Essential Functions:

  • Routinely evaluate and treat outpatient conditions in consultation with physician. Occasionally evaluate and treat outpatient conditions under direct access
  • Effectively determine and apply a wide variety of therapeutic exercises, modalities, manual therapy, and other treatments in accordance with state practice act
  • Apply lawful and ethical use of therapy services in daily treatments
  • Document patient care services according to regulatory and department guidelines
  • Direct supervision of a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) may be required
  • Collaborate with physicians, managers and staff across the organization
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule based on clinic needs including but not limited to variable shifts, multiple clinic locations, etc.
  • Maintain safe environment for self, staff and patients
  • Participate in continuing education in order to maintain state license
  • Routinely participate and share knowledge obtained from continuing education courses with staff and the community at the direction of the department or organization.
  • Occasionally participate in community functions relating to TCO outreach events throughout the year
  • Any and all other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program; bachelor's degree required, Master's or Doctorate Degree preferred
  • Active Minnesota state license in Physical Therapy in the state in which practicing
  • Pelvic Health experience required
