Kidzoola Therapy Center is seeking a full-time OT to join our growing, multidisciplinary team. We’re a therapist-owned pediatric clinic in Missoula, MT, offering a supportive, collaborative, and flexible work environment in a beautiful, light-filled space.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist (Montana)

  • Advanced degree in OT

  • Pediatric experience (3+ years preferred; new grads welcome!)

  • CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to complete within 90 days)

  • Passion for relationship-based, child-led therapy

  • Bonus if you’re trained in DIR/Floortime, SOS Feeding, or other pediatric specialties (not required)


Job Duties:

  • Conduct comprehensive pediatric OT evaluations

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans

  • Deliver engaging, play-based therapy in clinic and via teletherapy

  • Collaborate with caregivers, teachers, and fellow therapists

  • Document services clearly and promptly (daily notes, evals, progress notes)

  • Attend team meetings and contribute to our positive clinic culture

  • Participate in ongoing continuing education and professional growth

  • Comply with HIPAA and uphold confidentiality standards
