Physical Therapist Assistant

Hope At Home Health Care is growing. We are looking for an energetic, skilled PTA who is looking for a part-time position. 

Location: Various locations and cities across the Metro area

Employment type: Part time 20-30 hours per week

Minimum experience: 1 year. Experience in Home care preferred

Compensation: Visit rate

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent individualized care for our patients.

Educate patients on their condition and the treatments they receive.

Complete timely and accurate documentation.

Assist therapist in determining progress, developing goals, and directing care.

Adhere to ethical and legal standards.

Required:

Proven experience working as a PTA, 1-2 years minimum

Knowledge of exercise concepts and practice

Ability to communicate effectively with patients and staff

Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team

Current State of Michigan license

Graduate of CAPTE accredited school

Preferred:

Prefer experience in orthopedic and home healthcare settings

BLS certification
