The Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant provides quality care to all residents. Under the direction of a registered Occupational Therapist, the Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (“COTA”) helps plan and implement patient treatment, plan, and coordinate patient discharge, and prepare detailed progress reports and appropriate patient documentation. Treatments will include training in daily living activities, functional skills, motor development, compensation techniques, use of adaptive equipment and splinting. The COTA will not be expected to perform patient evaluations.

Qualifications:
Licensed as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant in the State of California.

Compensation:
We offer a competitive hourly rate and one of the best benefits packages in the industry. 

Benefits:

·         Paid Time Off (PTO) - Accrue up to 120 hours of PTO for every year with additional 8 hours of PTO for additional each year of service up to a maximum accrual of 240 hours of PTO.

·         6 Paid holidays and up to 3 days of bereavement pay.

·         A 401(K)-retirement program with a company match of 25% up to the first 4% of your deferral every payroll.

·         Medical, Dental, Vision, Company Paid Basic Life Insurance of $25,000 and additional Optional Life Insurance available.

Salary Range: is dependent upon experience, schedule, location, and employee classification $34.00 to $45.00 per hour.
