Candidates should have knowledge in all aspects of medical AR/billing on an EMR system to include electronic filing, denials, EOB, navigation of insurance websites, printing paper claims for Worker's Compensation and Auto carriers, aging of accounts, printing patient statements and posting payments from insurance companies via paper and electronic methods or be willing to learn these. Candidate should have strong organizational skills to assist with credentialing of Physical Therapy Providers. Candidates must project a warm, enthusiastic and friendly demeanor in client and team member interactions.
