What You Would Be Doing at Expressable Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational mission, values, and growth goals. Translate strategic goals into scalable clinical operations that balance quality, access, and financial sustainability. Lead, mentor, and support Clinical Directors across Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy disciplines. Establish and oversee clinical standards, protocols, training, and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements. Drive operational efficiency and scalability through workforce planning, process optimization, and technology solutions. Leverage data, process optimization, and technology to improve clinician efficiency and client outcomes. Monitor clinical outcomes and key performance metrics to ensure quality, access, and clinician engagement. Represent the organization externally as a clinical thought leader and build partnerships with healthcare, academic, and research institutions. What You Bring to Expressable Graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related healthcare discipline. Active clinical license (or eligibility) in one of the therapy disciplines strongly preferred. 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary therapy teams. Prior leadership in a children’s hospital, large pediatric outpatient therapy provider, or similar high-volume setting strongly preferred. Demonstrated success managing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy programs. Proven track record of building and scaling clinical teams in a complex or multi-site healthcare environment. Experience in a technology-enabled or remote care model is a plus. What You Would Be Doing at Expressable

  • Provide executive leadership and strategic direction for all clinical programs, ensuring alignment with organizational mission, values, and growth goals.

  • Translate strategic goals into scalable clinical operations that balance quality, access, and financial sustainability.

  • Lead, mentor, and support Clinical Directors across Speech, Occupational, and Physical Therapy disciplines.

  • Establish and oversee clinical standards, protocols, training, and compliance with regulatory and payer requirements.

  • Leverage data, process optimization, and technology to improve clinician efficiency and client outcomes.

  • Represent the organization externally as a clinical thought leader and build partnerships with healthcare, academic, and research institutions.What You Bring to Expressable

  • Graduate degree (Master’s or Doctorate) in Speech-Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, or a related healthcare discipline.

  • Active clinical license (or eligibility) in one of the therapy disciplines strongly preferred.

  • 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in healthcare, with at least 5 years leading multidisciplinary therapy teams.

  • Prior leadership in a children’s hospital, large pediatric outpatient therapy provider, or similar high-volume setting strongly preferred.

  • Demonstrated success managing Speech Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Physical Therapy programs.

  • Proven track record of building and scaling clinical teams in a complex or multi-site healthcare environment.

  • Experience in a technology-enabled or remote care model is a plus.KEY COMPETENCIES
