Involves comprehensive assessments, preliminary diagnoses, and treatment recommendations for both youth and adults. Intakes should be completed concurrently with the client. Accurately determine the program assignment for individuals who are enrolled. 4. Conduct risk assessments, develop and implement safety plans, and provide crisis intervention and stabilization services as needed, including facilitating access to inpatient facilities for behavioral health care. 5. Facilitate and co-facilitate client treatment groups. 6. Represent the agency and its services to the community in a positive and professional manner. 7. Participate in required staff meetings, including regular supervision and weekly clinical staff meetings. 8.
