Behavior Technicians/Registered Behavior Technicians who are appropriate for our Student Analyst Program will be enrolled in an accredited Master's program while working as part of our Highlights Healthcare team.  Student Analysts are eligible for: Tuition Reimbursement Program Training and BCBA Education Support Payment for Restricted and Unrestricted Hours Who is Highlights Healthcare? Highlights Healthcare provides diagnosis and early intervention ABA therapy services for children with autism. We specialize in serving young learners and families with Medicaid benefits. We use evidenced-based ABA treatments to increase socially significant behavior. From diagnosis to early intervention, we provide innovative, evidence-based ABA therapy services to meet every child's specific needs in a way that feels more like play than work. What does a Student Analyst / Registered Behavior Technician do? Student Analysts receive additional education and support for their Master's level program completion. Under the supervision of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), the Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is responsible for the implementation of unique behavior plans developed by the BCBA for each individual learner. During the sessions, the RBT may also collect data and conduct certain types of assessments. RBTs work 1-on-1 with their assigned learners in addition to working in group sessions. The RBT will have constant access to peers and supervisors to ensure that they can conduct each session with confidence and support What are the benefits of working as a Student Analyst / RBT for Highlights Healthcare? Waypoint is seeking a skilled Licensed Clinician for our Sanford, Maine location. In addition to providing direct outpatient therapy services to children and adults, the successful candidate will also provide clinical services and staff supervision within our Behavioral Health Day Treatment program at our Fraser Ford School, alongside our current and well-established team of educators and clinicians. Fraser Ford is a special purpose private school serving children in pre-K through grade 5 with autism, related disabilities, and behavioral health needs.

 

The therapist conducts comprehensive assessments, develops individual treatment plans, provides direct therapy services, and completes documentation & billing for outpatient therapy clients. Within the school setting, the therapist conducts comprehensive assessments, collaborates with families, teachers, and staff, participates in the development of individual treatment plans along with a team of professionals, provides direct and consultative therapy services, and participates in clinical supervision of mental health staff.



Requirements

Qualifications: Master’s Degree with Licensure as an LCPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LMSW in the State of Maine, as well as successful background, criminal records, fingerprinting and reference checks.

Pay: From $65,000
