Physical therapist assistants (PTAs) work as part of a team to provide physical therapy services under the direction and supervision of the physical therapist. Job Summary We're excited to offer a $5,000 sign-on bonus for qualified Per Diem Physical Therapists with acute care experience joining our inpatient team at Saint Francis and St. Mary's Hospitals within the Rehabilitation Services Department. This is an inpatient position within Saint Francis/St. Mary's Hospitals' Rehabilitation Services Department. The Per Diem Physical Therapist reports to the Clinical Supervisor and provides both direct and indirect patient care services. This role primarily serves adult and geriatric patients from diverse socioeconomic and cultural backgrounds. Therapists with pediatric competencies and clinical experience may also treat infants, children, and/or adolescents. Under general direction and upon receipt of licensed approved provider written referrals, the Per Diem Physical Therapist plans and administers a full range of physical therapy services for patients with various physical and cognitive impairments and disabilities. These services include: Patient evaluations using physical therapy tests and measurements Establishment of therapeutic intervention goals Development and implementation of individualized therapeutic programs using evidence-based interventions, modalities, and procedures The Per Diem Physical Therapist maintains all applicable patient care documentation and may supervise support personnel, including Physical Therapist Assistants and Rehabilitation Aides. As part of the clinical care team, this role also contributes to department-wide initiatives related to compliance, quality, safety, and continuous process improvement. What You'll Do

You'll lead and support complex security initiatives across our global IBX footprint, collaborating with teams from Cyber Security to Global Design & Construction. Your work will directly impact customer satisfaction, operational resilience, and compliance excellence.

Security Operations & Enablement

  • Contributes and maintains alignment with national and regional executive stakeholders in relation to security systems and policy, strategic direction, and future business objectives.

  • Manages multiple tasks within cross-functional projects.

  • Supports and provides input/guidance on design engineering and project planning on new and expansion of IBX's.

Project Management

  • Own end-to-end delivery of physical security projects - from budgeting and scheduling to execution and reporting

  • Facilitate stakeholder meetings, track action items, and drive accountability

  • Analyze operational data to identify risks, improve productivity, and enhance profitability

IBX Support & Systems

  • Resolve day-to-day security issues across multiple IBX sites

  • Conduct SPOF and End-of-Life reviews, site physicals, and remediation planning

  • Provide hands-on support for security systems and installation efforts

Training & Development

  • Design and deliver security training programs across global sites

  • Identify stakeholder training needs and ensure consistent knowledge transfer

  • Stay ahead of industry trends and bring fresh insights to the team

Design & Engineering Collaboration

  • Review and refine security design standards for new IBX builds

  • Recommends alterations to design, development, implementation, and analysis to improve quality of products, new technologies, procedures, and/or efficiencies.

  • Provides drawing reviews of both internal and cross-functional designs.

What You Bring

  • Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience in security systems and vendor management, or 8+ years of equivalent experience in lieu of a degree.

  • PMP certification preferred

  • Proficiency in Bluebeam and major security system platforms

  • Strong communication, documentation, and cross-functional leadership skills

  • Proven data center experience, including equipment installation, large-scale cabling, and deployment of integrated security systems across hardware, software, and network infrastructure
