Participate in facility care plan meetings, weekly rehab team meeting, company webinars, and interdisciplinary team trainings/conferences. Adhere to HIPAA regulations. Adhere to the weekly productivity standard of a minimum of 85%. Adhere to other delegated tasks on the Evaluating Therapist Task List. Supervise Physical Therapy Assistant (s) Supervise the PTA(s) based upon the State Practice Act Maintain Licensure and Company Requirements: Obtain CEUs per State Board requirements annually/bi-annually. We are looking for compassionate physical therapists with:

  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited college required
  • Licensed Physical Therapist issued by the state in which you will be working.
  • Minimum of one year healthcare experience
  • Current driver’s license and ability to spend ~20% of your day driving to/from patient locations
  • A commitment to consistently meet critical deadlines for charting 
  • The skills needed to self-manage your time and schedule 
  • Demonstrated experience with tablets, mobile phones and EMR software
