Students will complete their theory and science coursework online in a live, instructor-led
format through Elite Touch Institute’s New Jersey-licensed program. While these academic
hours are fully transferable, students will not be eligible to sit for the MBLEx licensing exam in
Florida until they complete their required hands-on clinical training under a Florida-approved
massage therapy school.

The Woodhouse Spa in St. Petersburg plans to serve as the training site for the hands-on
portion of the program once state approval is granted. This means students will begin their
education online, then transition to in-person clinical training at our spa once our Florida
program receives the necessary approval. Although approval is actively being pursued, it is not
yet finalized and cannot be guaranteed.

Important Licensing Disclosure:

To become licensed as a massage therapist in Florida, students must complete all required
hands-on training through a Florida-approved school. While Elite Touch Institute is actively
pursuing approval to operate in Florida, and hands-on training is expected to take place at The
Woodhouse Spa in St. Petersburg, final state approval has not yet been granted and cannot be
guaranteed. Students will not be eligible to take the MBLEx licensing exam until all required
hands-on hours are completed through a Florida-approved program.
