Key Areas of Responsibility: Lead and mentor a team of physical security specialists and other security personnel. Develop and implement advanced security strategies and policies including data leak prevention measures for BOSK. Oversee large-scale security projects, including budget management and timeline adherence. Conduct complex security risk and threat assessments and develop mitigation strategies for high-level scenarios. Collaborate with senior management, external agencies, and other stakeholders on security matters. Lead the response to significant security incidents and conduct thorough investigations using various tools i.e., CCTV/access control/ other data sources. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Capability to develop and implement comprehensive security strategies. Extensive experience in physical security with a background in law enforcement or military preferred.
