Minimum 5 years of experience with 3+ years in outpatient orthopedic practice BLS CPR Certification Essential Functions- PT Manager: Perform all duties required by staff physical therapists in compliance with state laws and regulations. Oversee day to day operations of the PT clinic, including management of other therapists, aides, and communicating with other supervisors to ensure collaboration. Facilitate communication about the patient schedule to help ensure proper scheduling of patients in order to maximize patient care. Manage KPI's to ensure efficiency and appropriate revenue generation. Communicate with front desk, insurance team, billing team and therapists to ensure appropriate utilization of services and help solve any issues that may arise. Collaborate with supervisors, managers and directors to ensure uniform protocols throughout the department and compliance with company policies. Requirements

  • Graduate of a CAPTE accredited school of Physical Therapy
  • Currently licensed as a physical therapist in the state of Georgia, or eligible for licensure in the state of Georgia.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience with 3+ years in outpatient orthopedic practice
  • BLS CPR Certification

Essential Functions- PT Manager:

  • Perform all duties required by staff physical therapists in compliance with state laws and regulations.
  • Oversee day to day operations of the PT clinic, including management of other therapists, aides, and communicating with other supervisors to ensure collaboration.
  • Facilitate communication about the patient schedule to help ensure proper scheduling of patients in order to maximize patient care.
  • Manage KPI's to ensure efficiency and appropriate revenue generation.
  • Communicate with front desk, insurance team, billing team and therapists to ensure appropriate utilization of services and help solve any issues that may arise.
  • Collaborate with supervisors, managers and directors to ensure uniform protocols throughout the department and compliance with company policies.
  • Conduct annual reviews for therapists and staff under direct supervision.
  • Order supplies and equipment within budget limitations.
  • Conduct interviews and hiring as needed to maintain appropriate staff.
  • Lead Staff meetings as needed, no less than on a quarterly basis.
  • Ensure that all therapists are providing quality patient care and offering mentorship and guidance when necessary.
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with the patients, physicians, physician assistants and administrative staff and other departments.
  • Conduct staff chart reviews and billing audits to ensure compliance with documentation and appropriate billing of services.
  • Ensure state and federal compliance in the clinic by staying up to date on healthcare laws and policies.
  • Make a positive impact on the local community by getting involved in local events, developing relationships with local schools and athletic programs.
  • Performs other duties as assigned by department director.
