Whether it's 500 feet or 500 miles, we get the job done safely, properly, and on time.What You'll DoRoad Striping and Pavement Marking: Assist in applying road markings, including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols, using specialized equipment.Traffic Control: Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Operate and perform basic maintenance on CDL required vehicles, such as trucks and striping machines.Physical Labor: Perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.Safety Compliance: Follow safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe work environment.What We're Looking ForValid Driver's License with a clean driving record; Class A or B, CDL a plus.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.Strong work ethic and attention to detail.Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control is a plus.Ability to work nights, weekends, and meet shifting demands is necessary.Why Join S&L Industrial?Hands-on work that directly supports road safety and infrastructure
