Job Title: Admin AssistantLocation: Cheyenne, WYPay Rate: $25/HRDuration: 3-6 month Contract - potential to convert to Direct HireWork Mode: 100% onsiteSummary:
- ASAP need with potential to convert to Direct Hire
- Provide general administrative support to a department under direct supervision.
- Process department, Virtual Office, and Registered Agent mail.
- Handle Services of Process (SOPs).
- Answer phone calls and requests for client account maintenance.
- Manage inbound/outbound correspondence, data entry, and miscellaneous administrative tasks.
- Ensure superior customer service at all times.
- Escalate calls and tickets as needed to other teams or departments.
- Communicate with clients and colleagues professionally and courteously.
- Retrieve, sort, distribute, log, and forward correspondence.
- Process mail and packages.
- Maintain consistent attendance and punctuality.
- Assist with receiving and handling of service of process.
- Handle delivery and filing with jurisdictional offices (varies by location).
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Minimum of high school diploma and/or 2 years equivalent experience in customer service.
- Exceptional phone/email etiquette and professional demeanor.
- Effective communication (verbal and written) and relationship building skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Self-directed and able to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple time-sensitive projects.
- Computer literate with intermediate-level skills in MS Office applications.
- Ability to lift and move packages up to 50 lbs.
- Knowledge of general corporate procedures and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
- Demonstrates flexibility and willingness to perform above expectations.
- Displays initiative in seeking new work when time is available.
- Potential for conversion to direct hire.
