JOB TITLE:

Work Study - Office Aide

DEPARTMENT INFORMATION:

Office of Transfer Relations

Job location: Knight Hall 166

Pay rate or range: 12/hr

JOB PURPOSE:

Provide general office support for the Office of Transfer Relations, including assisting with data entry, organizing and maintaining records, preparing materials, and other administrative tasks. The position may also assist with transfer-related projects, communications, and day-to-day office operations as needed.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Assist with basic data entry and record keeping.
• Help with transfer student outreach and communications.
• Assist with organizing documents and office materials.
• Provide general administrative support.
• Help with transfer-related projects as needed.

COMPETENCIES:

Attention to detail, organized, dependable, and comfortable working independently.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be eligible, have received and accepted work study award through Student Financial Aid for the applicable semester and/or academic year.

WORK LOCATION:

On-campus: This position provides vital support to campus customers, and the successful candidate must be available to work and perform essential job functions on campus, understanding our location is at 7,220 feet above sea level.
