Collaborate cross-functionally with H&W marketing functions , analytics, finance, and agency teams to optimize campaign performance and ROI. Manage marketing budgets, including forecasting and expense tracking. Lead cross-functional projects and drive collaboration across multiple levels of management. Perform other duties and/or special projects as assigned. Qualifications/Requirements: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent experience with at least 10 years in marketing.
