Responsible for Front Desk operations supervision. (opening and closing of the day, reconciliation of the money at the end of the day) Perform Guest Service Associate duties as needed. Ensures consistent enforcement of policies and procedures of CWH and CWH's Dental Program. Responsible for PCHM collaboration and flow processes. Implements organization in-services and education of staff. Handle all patient complaints; address all dental patient complaints in a timely manner utilizing service recovery training. Serves as an active model in all aspects of Eagle Excellence Initiative and Fosters Eagle Excellence to ensure patient, provider and employee satisfaction Participates in the screening, hiring, orientation, training, performance evaluation of staff with provider input. Conducts orientation, counseling, and discipline actions, if necessary, for dental staff Report CWH's Clinical Quality, Cultural and Finance measures to the respective forum. (I.E, OPA, QPI, LMT, EOC, etc.) Responsible for assuring the most rapid and highest quality encounter given financial and other constraints.
