As a Treatment Coordinator, you will concentrate on creating premium and stress-free experiences for our cherished guests and your team.  Responsibilities include reserving patient appointments, reviewing advanced treatment plans and presenting financial options. You will also be in charge of consents being signed, rides being coordinated and prepping thoroughly for what is on the schedule.

Timber Dental is a modern, customer experience oriented, privately owned group of 5 general dental practices—with a 6th office that focuses in oral surgery located Downtown. We currently provide multi-specialty services to patients in NE Portland, SE Portland (East Burnside), Downtown Portland, and on the west side in Sherwood and Bethany village. This unique structure allows us to feel like a private practice with the support, experience and knowledge that comes with a group model. Our goal is to collectively provide an outstanding overall experience to our patients while valuing our team members, the environment and involvement in our community.

Requirements

  • 2 Years dental experience strongly preferred 
  • Open Dental experience preferred, but not required
