About the Role As an Assistant Manager , you'll play a vital role in supporting the Office Manager with the administrative, financial, and operational aspects of our pediatric dental office. You'll help lead a cheerful, efficient team, ensuring smooth office operations and the highest level of patient care. You'll work closely with our dentists, dental assistants, front office staff, and upper management to implement best practices and keep our days running like a well-oiled machine . About the Role ✨

As a Dental Assistant, you will work directly with dentists and patients to assist with dental procedures and ensure a smooth and efficient workflow in the office. You will play a critical role in helping patients achieve their best smile by assisting with dental procedures, providing excellent patient care, and supporting office operations. 

Responsibilities

✨ Create a warm and welcoming atmosphere, building trust with young patients and their families for a stress-free visit.
✨ Educate children and their parents on proper oral care and the importance of regular dental checkups, making learning fun and accessible.
✨ Accurately maintain patient records, including medical history, treatment notes, and any relevant observations, ensuring thorough charting and documentation.
✨ Keep the clinical area spotless and well-organized, strictly following infection control protocols, such as regular sterilization of instruments, to maintain safety and hygiene.
✨ Prepare treatment rooms prior to patient arrival by ensuring all necessary instruments and materials are ready and available.
✨ Assist in taking and processing dental X-rays as needed, following all safety guidelines. 

What We're Looking For

Qualifications:

Current Dental Assistant (DA) Certification, X-Ray license, CPR certification, and Infection Control
Successful completion of the initial online assessment provided during the application process
Availability to work on weekends
Strong positive and friendly attitude, with excellent interpersonal skills to create a welcoming environment for patients and families

Skills:

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure high-quality patient care and efficient operations
⚖ Ability to handle multiple tasks effectively while maintaining a calm demeanor in a fast-paced environment
Dedicated to providing compassionate patient care and contributing to a supportive, friendly clinic atmosphere
