Our Senior Consultants work directly with DSO, DPO and Individual Dental Practices to optimize practice management/revenue cycle performance and implement practice management systems.  At ProspHire you’ll use your process and practice management expertise every day to make a difference for our clients and their customers. Senior consultants perform a variety of tasks to assist clients in our dental practice including: Establish professional relationships with clients, vendor partners and internal ProspHire stakeholders through project delivery, clear communication and project management   Develop an in-depth understanding of client operations to define the “as is” and “desired future state” for optimization of current clinic processes and determining dental practice management system requirements Perform detailed analysis of client data to develop data migration plans that ensure the accuracy and compliance of migrated data (from legacy system into the client’s new practice management system) Serve as a consultative advisor to assigned clients on dental practice operations and practice management systems Facilitate cross-functional teams of practice experts in the planning, configuration and implementation of practice management systems Configure data structure, workflows, and operational processes Develop client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that achieve efficiencies and standardization across multiple practices Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to develop tools, processes and reporting methodologies that ensure coding and billing accuracy Apply in-depth knowledge of process improvement, system migration, and change management to deliver measurable and sustainable client results Manage day-to-day activities for assigned project(s) across all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with ProspHire project plans, statements of work, and methodologies to achieve client success and satisfaction. Manage and maintain the payment options and policies for patients to uphold the practice’s financial integrity. Job Description

Our Senior Consultants work directly with DSO, DPO and Individual Dental Practices to optimize practice management/revenue cycle performance and implement practice management systems.  At ProspHire you’ll use your process and practice management expertise every day to make a difference for our clients and their customers.

Senior consultants perform a variety of tasks to assist clients in our dental practice including:

  • Establish professional relationships with clients, vendor partners and internal ProspHire stakeholders through project delivery, clear communication and project management  
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of client operations to define the “as is” and “desired future state” for optimization of current clinic processes and determining dental practice management system requirements
  • Perform detailed analysis of client data to develop data migration plans that ensure the accuracy and compliance of migrated data (from legacy system into the client’s new practice management system)
  • Serve as a consultative advisor to assigned clients on dental practice operations and practice management systems
  • Facilitate cross-functional teams of practice experts in the planning, configuration and implementation of practice management systems
  • Configure data structure, workflows, and operational processes
  • Develop client Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that achieve efficiencies and standardization across multiple practices
  • Collaborate with clinical and technical teams to develop tools, processes and reporting methodologies that ensure coding and billing accuracy
  • Apply in-depth knowledge of process improvement, system migration, and change management to deliver measurable and sustainable client results
  • Manage day-to-day activities for assigned project(s) across all phases of the project lifecycle including initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, control and closure
  • Ensure projects are delivered in compliance with ProspHire project plans, statements of work, and methodologies to achieve client success and satisfaction.
  • Partner with the PM/PMO to develop and update project plans including all sub-plans, preparing status reports, assisting in deliverable creation/editing, and escalating issues/risks as appropriate to the PM/PMO, Company staff, and/or clients
  • Lead project meetings as required to facilitate Team communication
  • Provide on-going communication on project status, issues, and risks to client leadership and ProspHire stakeholders
  • Perform other related duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, healthcare administration, or closely related field
  • Five or more years’ experience delivering medium-to-large-scale business solutions in a consulting role or working with a DSO or in a practice management system implementation capacity
  • Experience working with dental practice management systems (such as Denticon, Open Dental, Dentrix, Epic Wisdom, etc.) System implementation expertise (including knowledge of Agile and Scrum techniques) preferred
  • Demonstrated data manipulation and analysis skills including data migration experience during system implementations
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain professional client relationships
  • Demonstrated experience in organizational change management and process improvement
  • Experience utilizing project management methodology and tools to accomplish work objectives
  • Ability to create a positive team working environment and foster open communication
  • Demonstrated ability to work well with different personalities
  • Ability to travel up to 75% of the time based on client need
