No two days will be exactly the same as you prepare rooms and instruments for upcoming appointments, complete labwork, and help the dentist chairside. You'll contribute to our compassionate culture and help ensure patients feel calm and secure while in the chair. As instructed, you'll properly sterilize equipment, take and develop X-rays, update patient records, and communicate treatment plans with patients. Over time, you'll develop your skills and become a more capable dentistry professional with our driven team!WHAT YOU BRING:Desire to learn more, grow alongside our practice, and build a long-term career here

Residence in the Fishersville, Waynesboro, or Staunton area1+ years of chairside experience as a dental assistant or similar positionX-ray certification

Working knowledge of general dentistry practices

Strong understanding of aseptic techniques
