Your Role

• Welcome and comfort patients with warmth and professionalism

• Assist the doctor using efficient four-handed dentistry

• Take accurate digital x-rays and impressions

• Document clinical notes in Denticon

• Prepare, clean, and restock operatories in compliance with OSHA and infection control standards

• Sterilize instruments and support smooth clinical flow

• Assist with patient scheduling and recall follow-ups as needed

• Participate in morning huddles, team meetings, and continuous practice improvement

What You Bring

• Prior dental assisting experience preferred

• Friendly, professional communication style and a positive attitude

• Strong time management skills and comfort with digital systems

• Experience in restorative, endo, perio, and oral surgery is a plus

• Employment Type: W-2, Full-Time

• Schedule: Full-time schedule based on office hours

• Compensation: Competitive hourly pay, based on experience
