What We're Looking For:

• Preferred: cross-trained in both front and back-office procedures to support seamless practice operations.
• Proficient in iTero scanning for accurate and efficient diagnostics.
• Passionate about educating patients on hygiene, operative procedures, and pre and post-operative care.
• A detail-oriented individual who is kind, empathetic, and genuinely cares about delivering exceptional patient experiences.

Your Responsibilities:

• Provide chairside assistance during a variety of dental procedures.
• Take radiographs and intraoral scans using iTero technology.
• Educate patients on oral hygiene strategies, operative procedures, and pre- and post-treatment care.
• Prepare, disinfect, and sterilize treatment rooms and instruments while maintaining compliance with CDC, OSHA, and HIPAA standards.
• Assist with treatment planning and patient presentations to ensure understanding and comfort with their care.
• Monitor lab cases and ensure timely processing.
• Manage dental supply inventory and ordering to keep the practice running efficiently.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 year of dental assisting experience (preferred).
• Valid X-ray certification.
• CPR and first aid certification (must be obtained within 6 months of hire).

Schedule:

• 4-day work week
• Tue-Thurs, 8:00 AM - 5:30 PM
• Friday 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
