• Patient Care: Assist patients by preparing them for procedures, making them comfortable, and providing support during treatments.
• Assisting During Procedures: Work directly with the dentist, handing them tools, managing suction, and preparing materials needed during treatments like fillings, extractions, or cleanings.
• Sterilization: Sterilize dental instruments and maintain a clean, organized environment to prevent infections.
• X-rays: Take dental radiographs (X-rays) to help diagnose and monitor dental health.
• Administrative Tasks: Handle scheduling appointments, processing insurance claims, maintaining patient records, and handling billing.

Characteristics of a Successful Candidate:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Certification/ Registered Dental Assistant (preferred)
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented setting
