You will contribute directly to the patient's experience through technical skills and compassionate care. Job Responsibilities:- Place and finish dental restorations(fillings) after the dentist prepares the tooth.- Take accurate impressions for temporary crowns, bridges, and diagnostic models.- Fabricate and place temporary crowns and bridges.- Perform coronal polishing and fluoride treatments.- Apply sealants and desensitizing agents as directed.- Assist the dentist during procedures, including restorative, prosthodontic, and endodontic treatments.- Take and process radiographs.- Maintain proper infection control and sterilization standards.- Provide clear post-treatment instructions to patients.- Charts treatment notes accurately and assist with updating patient records.- Monitor inventory and prepare trays for procedures.- Support front office team with patient flow and case coordination when needed.Skills====Required Skills & Experience: -One (1) - two (2) years of dental assisting experience required.- Strong knowledge of restorative procedures and materials.- Excellent manual dexterity and attention to detail. Preferred Skills & Experience:- EFDA experience.Education========Required Education: -High school diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: -N/A Required Certifications & Licensure:- Expanded Function Dental Assistant (EFDA).- CPR Certification.
