Keeping eye on their timely return to move forward with patient's care. Collaborate with our financial team to address and collect patient balances when they are in set to return to the Practice for care. Ability to respond to live chats or website leads as they may come thru during the day. Comfortable with keeping up to date with email communications as the day goes on. Professionally being able to hold space for anxious patients during the check out process, as well as being their advocate to properly explain their financial responsibilities.
