We spearhead a true community effort with partnerships with multiple organizations and 7 school districts with over 40 schools to treat children with untreated dental needs throughout the county. Each year, our clinics and School-Based Programs perform over 100,000 procedures, serving over 10,000 children, with over 4,000 being seen in school. Through countless outreach efforts to daycares and other community organizations, we are continuing our efforts to reach all the children in Brown County that can benefit from our services. But we still have more work to do. Where we’re going: We will continue to grow and evolve until every child in Brown County has access to quality dental care. The Colorado Coalition for the Homeless seeks a Dental Hygienist to perform dental prophylaxis, apply topical fluorides, examine teeth and gums, instruct patients on proper dental care, and assists the dentist with procedures as required. This position is located at 2130 Stout St., Denver, Colorado 80205 and reports to the Dental Director. NOTE: In order to ensure that our consumers receive the best possible care the candidate chosen to fill this position will be required to complete our internal credentialing and privileging process prior to a start date.
