Job DetailsJob Details:We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Permanent Project Manager for Healthcare Construction to join our team. This role is pivotal in managing the design, planning, and construction of various healthcare projects, including hospitals, clinics, and other medical facilities. Our ideal candidate is someone who can handle the complexities of healthcare construction projects, including renovations, expansions, and new constructions. This role requires a deep understanding of the healthcare industry's unique needs and standards, and the ability to apply this knowledge to ensure the successful completion of projects. Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of healthcare construction projects from initial planning to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals to create detailed project plans and timelines.
• Manage project budgets, including tracking expenses and forecasting costs.
• Ensure all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high quality standards.
• Implement and manage project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry standards.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and ensure quality.
• Resolve any issues or delays that may occur during the construction process.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, including clients, construction teams, and management.
• Prepare regular reports for management, outlining the progress and status of each project.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare construction project management.
• Proven experience in managing hospital construction, renovations, and expansions.
• In-depth knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
• Exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Proficient in project management software and other industry-related technology.
• Familiarity with construction and safety regulations.
• PMP or equivalent project management certification is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Must be willing to travel to various construction sites as needed.
