Must be able to lift and carry light objects and parcels as an incidental part of their job. The position needs to occasionally move about inside and outside the facility frequently. Constantly operates a computer with other office machinery. Frequently communicates with other employees and clients. Must be able to travel between assigned facilities via car. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Provide line of sight supervision to clients and skill building psycho-educational and/or support groups. Complete house related chores as assigned. Assist the Educational Director during designated school times, with education related activities and monitoring of the client’s computer internet use. Working knowledge of substance abuse, mental health disorders, and treatment procedures for such illnesses. Physical Requirements: Frequent sitting must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time. Must be able to lift and carry light objects and parcels as an incidental part of their job. The position needs to occasionally move about inside and outside the facility frequently. Constantly operates a computer with other office machinery. Frequently communicates with other employees and clients. Must be able to travel between assigned facilities via car.
