At home caregivers are definitely the backbone of our business, which is why we put so much of an effort towards hiring only the best caregivers around. All of the caregivers we hire have to undergo a strenuous interviewing process, which includes extensive background and reference checks. However, background and reference checks are not enough. It is particularly important that all of our caregivers have a positive attitude and truly find caregiving to be a fulfilling career choice.
