This includes ensuring all work complies with contractual standards, maintaining timely and accurate documentation, coordinating quality activities across the project team, and fostering strong client relationships-all while reflecting RQ's core values.Experience & QualificationsMinimum of 10 years of combined experience in commercial construction (or equivalent), including roles such as Superintendent, Project Manager, Project Engineer, or QC ManagerAt least 2 years of direct experience serving as a Quality Control ManagerActive USACE Construction Quality Management (CQM) for Contractors certification required; RMS/QCS knowledge preferred (training available)Bachelor's degree from an accredited four-year program (Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field preferred)Specialized inspection certifications and licenses are highly desirable

Previous work on medical or healthcare facilities strongly preferredLEED Accredited Professional (AP/AP+) or Green Associate credentials are a plus

Required certifications include EM 385-1-1 Level 1, CPR, First Aid, and OSHA 30-hour (training available if needed)Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general computer applications required

Familiarity with construction management software such as Viewpoint/Vista and RMS/QCS preferred
