Snap Fitness on Carmel is a club run and staffed by personal trainers.

We have a small team who all contribute to maintaining the gym, selling memberships, supporting our members, and of course selling and delivering personal training.

Building a base of personal training clients can be a challenge. With our system you are paid to be in the gym to support the club and the team and in so doing you get exposure to new and existing members who may be your next client.

You are paid 50% of the value of each training session you deliver. Secondly, you are paid by the hour for your time spent providing training consultations and covering staff hours for club maintenance and sales. Lastly, you earn a 10% sales commission on all your sales, including PT, memberships, and products.

We provide you with uniforms, business cards, and all the tools you need to succeed.

Paid time off accrues at 4% of all PT training session value delivered as well as timeclock hours.

Snap Fitness is a locally owned 24/7 keycard access franchise. Our owner is engaged to support the team. Customer reviews confirm a friendly atmosphere and customer service focus.

Compensation: $15.00 - $35.00 per hour
