This consultative sales role is focused on building long-term client relationships, identifying customer challenges, and delivering solutions that enhance space utilization, organization, security, and operational efficiency.The ideal candidate is a relationship-driven sales professional with experience selling commercial products, office environments, facility solutions, furniture, storage systems, or other business-to-business solutions. This role offers significant earning potential, autonomy, and the opportunity to grow an established territory while working with a supportive team.Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and expand existing client relationships within designated commercial territories.
• Build partnerships with facility managers, operations leaders, procurement professionals, architects, and executive stakeholders.
• Consult with clients to understand workspace, storage, organization, and workflow challenges.
• Present customized solutions that align with customer goals and operational needs.
• Manage the full sales cycle, including prospecting, discovery, presentations, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
• Maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities through networking, referrals, strategic outreach, and relationship management.
• Accurately track sales activities, forecasts, and opportunities within CRM systems.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
• Stay informed on industry trends and market opportunities to drive continued territory growth. 

QualificationsRequired

• 7+ years of outside sales, territory sales, or business development experience.
• Proven success generating new business and growing revenue within a defined territory.
• Strong consultative selling and relationship-building abilities.
• Experience working with commercial customers and multiple decision-makers throughout the buying process.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage a sales pipeline effectively.
• Willingness to travel throughout the assigned territory.
